DescriptionOval coffin plate with block letter engraving in the center. Around the center is a ridged diamond pattern made up of smaller diamonds. At each end of the oval there is a small hole for the hardware.

Original owner, Elizabeth Carter, winsloe. Lillian Duchemin's mother was a Cartr. Her family came from England to Winsloe and Miss Duchemin's mother and 2 uncles were born in Winsloe. The 2 brothers, Isaac and George Carter started Carter and Company. Lillian Duchemin to Trude Olive, 1989 10 10.
