DescriptionBound basket with a circular base. The side widen transition from square to a circular opening. The basket has a circular lid (3.0 cm). The basket and lid are constructed of pine needles that has been bound together by yellow string. The string binding is positioned in a spiral pattern starting at the center top for the lid and the center bottom for the basket. Buds on the pine needles stick out at some points between the string binding on both the basket and lid creating alternating band where there are buds and where there are no buds. The top section and the rim of the lid do not have any buds. The rim of the basket and the lid are double bound pine needles. Collections
