DescriptionRectangular paper bag for a prescription. The bag is made of a single piece of paper that is folded. The front of the bag has two rectangular panels one of which is entirely filled in blue and the other is half filled in half blue and half bare. In both rectangles there is both black and white text. In between the two rectangles is black text which reads "WORTH'S PHARMACY J. ERNEST H. WORTH, Prop. TELEPHONE 894-3424 Reliable Prescriptions CHARLOTTETOWN". The back of the bag has blue text.

Narrative
Ernest H. Worth opened his pharmacy on prince street in 1926 after he had spent the previous 16 years working at other pharmacies in Charlottetown, PEI. Worth and his family lived in the apartment above the shop. His close proximity unknowingly encouraged many regular customers to frequent the pharmacy.
