DescriptionA yellow cardboard box with white label on the front, top and bottom for “Heat Sterilized Surgical Sutures Dermalon Trademark Processed From Nylon Emergency Kit Skin Sutures with 3/8-Circle Eyed Needle Size 000 Product 965” Made by “Davis & Geck, Inc. Brooklyn, N.Y., U.S.A.” On the top left side of the box’s exterior is a small red rectangle with “BREAK SEAL COVER SWINGS OPEN THIS WAY” printed within with an arrow pointing to the right. At the top right of the back is a rectangular paper label which is wrapped around the right. On the label is printed “Certified Sterile Lot No. 350407 Bacteriologic Laboratory of Davis & Geck, Inc.” The top and back of the box hinge outward at the top third to expose the interior which has 12 square, cardboard sleeves and 6 (.2-7) of which have long, enclosed glass vials with a label for “Davis & Geck Inc, N.Y. USA / Skin Suture – Eyed Needle Dermalon 000 Processed from nylon Boilable Product 965” on the bottom half. 5.5cm from the bottom is a horizontal seam. On the interior is a thin blue thread folded back on itself several times with a curved metal needle on one end.
