DescriptionAn unused postcard featuring a colour photograph of an interior space that shows rows of tables and benched seats with white covering on the backs. In the left foreground is a pump organ with dark brown wood veneer. To the right of the organ is a tall ceramic vase with detailed painted decoration in red-brown, grey, and blue-grey colours. On the wall in the background is a sign for "Chinese Grotto". On the reverse of the postcard, at the top center left is printed "'The Barn' / American-Chinese Restaurant" followed by six lines of additional information. At the bottom center is printed "For Reservations: RA 4-9728, RA 2-9722". At the center is a column of small text with "Hannau Color Productions, 475-5th Avenue, N.Y."
