DescriptionA rectangular postcard with an image of two sail boats with a background of green clouds on beige sky and water in the foreground in shades of blue and green. The back of the card has a handwritten message and address. The message reads: "Brookfield Nov 26 . 1912 / Dear Mamie / I received your note this morning. We will send the / things you mentioned by Everett /tomorrow if it is fit-for him to go. / We will be disappointed if Bessie / does not get out. I would rather not / go just-now, but if she does not come / before Friday. I will try to go in that / day. Idie wrote this morning and / sent Geo the order. From your / Affect. Mother. " The address is for "Mrs. Geo. W. Macleod / 46 Longworth Ave. / Ch. Town / P. E. Island". The reverse of the post card has green font and designs across the top edge with a large rectangle in the top right corner with "Place Postage / Stamp Here / Domestic / One Cent / Foreign / Two Cents" printed within.
