DescriptionMilitary pillbox hat with oval sides that are stiffened internally with interfacing coated with shellac. The top and sides are covered with eight panels of wool. The interior of the hat is lined in silk that is quilted at the crown and there is a leather sweat band that has a silk ribbon threaded through the top. The hat is decorated with a band of metallic thread circles around the sides, a central circle and loop motif made from metallic cord and a button finial also made from metallic cord.Collections
