DescriptionBrown glazed "Penny" bank with name inscribed. Hour-glass shaped-vertical handle comes to point at top with band of impressed circles at base of point. Shoulder has slit in clay for money to be inserted "Will" Has been painted on in yellow-white glaze. Horizontal line of decorative curved band and band of small circles. Shoulder narrows to body inscribed with "Willie". decorative impressed bands of circles and thick curved band, followed by another row of circles at base. Bottom is glazed in yellow-brown with inscription of "O.H." "PEIP" and "1895"Collections
