DescriptionCylindrical bottle shape woven around a glass bottle. The bottle wrap is woven in a one-over-one checker-board pattern following the shape of the bottom. The warp splints (0.6 cm) are wider than the weft splints (0.5 cm). Around the bottom of the bottle wrap is a row of jikiji’j. The edge of the mouth of the bottle wrap is single wrapped wood splints. Tied around the bottle neck is a short piece of leather. Collections
