Wayne Wright is perhaps best known for his artistic work as an editorial cartoonist for the Summerside Journal Pioneer from 1979 to 2019. Wright’s poetry work has appeared in “Island Prose and Poetry” and “Storm Warnings II: The New Canadian Poets”. He edited a volume of poetry titled “The Poets of Prince Edward Island” and published “Who’s Who On PEI”, a book of cartoon portraits featuring many well-known Islanders.
