DescriptionWoven basket with a circular base. The side are straight forming a circular opening. The basket has a single curved handle. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints (1.4 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (2.2 cm). The rim of the basket is a double bound wood splint. The basket has a single curved wooden handle that is notched where it meets the rim and there is a carved hand hold in the center. The handle is woven into the basket with the weft splints.Collections
