Along the spine is “McClure’s Magazine July 1897 Vol. IX. No. 3”. The back cover is divided into four sections with advertisements for “Walter Baker & Co.’s”, “Ivory Soap”, “Clinton Safety Pin” and “Royal Baking Powder”.
