DescriptionA rectangular metal license plate. The plate has rounded edges with a raised lip around outer edge. The front background is primarily navy blue enamel with embossed raised numbers and letters. The white text which reads "Seat Belts Save 77-115 Prince Edward Island" is enclosed by a white border. A green sticker is adhered to the right side in the middle of the plate and reads, "Prince Edward Island, 1979" printed in white and "07828", printed in black. On the reverse, the number "76" can be seen in the location which is covered by the sticker. There are two curved rectangular holes along the top and bottom. The reverse of plate is black enamelled.
