DescriptionA rectangular metal license plate. The plate has rounded edges with a raised lip around outer edge. The front background is primarily white enamel with embossed raised black numbers and letters. The text which reads "Seat Belts Save TR 1-492 Prince Edward Island" is enclosed by a black border. At the top right corner is an enclosed square with black enamel background containing an embossed "77" in white, indicating the first year of issue. There are two curved rectangular holes along the top and bottom. The reverse of plate is enamelled in white.
