DescriptionA rectangular metal license plate. The plate has rounded edges with a raised lip around outer edge. The front background is primarily green enamel with embossed raised numbers and letters. The white text which reads "Seat Belts Save TR 1-491 Prince Edward Island" is enclosed by a white border. In the top right corner is a white square with "78" embossed in green. There are two curved rectangular holes along the top and bottom. The reverse of plate is enamelled in white.
