DescriptionDark brown veneered hardwood frame fainting couch. The proper right side has a back support that runs approximately 2/3 the length of the couch. The back support is topped with a slightly curved crest rail that ends scroll on one side and a curved arm rest on the proper right. The arm support on the front is hardwood trim starting in a convex circle and a quarter fan moulding moving downwards along natural curve with a recessed center. The curved section transitions to a rectangular insert at the top of the front proper right leg. The front rail has concave moulding along the front. All four legs are turned and carved with inverted tulip motif with wheeled casters on the bottom. B is a Bolster in the same pink velvet as the couch with single button tufted edges. The fainting couch is attributed to PEI Furniture maker Mark Butcher. Collections
