DescriptionTall grandfather clock. The capital is removable with a glass panel in front of the clock face. On this wood that holds the glass in place is a small square brass pull. On either side of the door is a grecian style column. The weight case has a door with a rectangular inlay in the lower portion. The upper section of the weight case has an arched impression. The base is inlaid with sections of veneer. The base of the clock has four simple feet. The capital is topped with two scrolls between which is a vase shaped finial. This clock was made by Charlottetown clockmaker, John Trenaman.
