DescriptionAn unused rectangular passenger car license plate (.a) with rounded corners. The back ground is white enamel, on both sides, with numbers and letters embossed in dark green on the front. "T-1296" is embossed in the centre with the year of issue "1939" embossed vertically down the right side of plate. "Prince Edward Island" is embossed along the bottom. There are four rectangular-shaped holes - two along top, two along bottom - and a circular hole at each corner. The original paper envelope (.b) is printed with black text on the front, describing contents.
