There is red text across the top of the card which says "Alberton High School, Alberton, P.E. Island". The back of the card has a handwritten address for the recipient, "Mr. John. A. Ling / E. Company. 82 Regiment / Charlottetown / P.E.I", on the right side and a short message, "All well / From / Florrie", on the left. There is also a green one cent stamp with the profile of King George V.
