DescriptionBassinet is largely composed of woven strips of wood, which are framed around the top by an exterior and interior woden strap fastened in place with scroll nails. Head of the bassinet features the same construction and is domed. Painted a light blue/gray color; wood is ash. Bassinet sits on a stand.Stand is rectangular. Made of four vertical, cylindrical, faceted ash posts. Just above the bottom and below the top is a 4-post horizontal frame (for support). One post on either side between those frames with cross pieces out the front and back. At the top, front and back is a "U" shaped strap of wood that helps to secure the bassinet.
