DescriptionA metal bicycle license plate, trapezoidal in shape, with the sides tapering out towards the bottom. Background is primarily light blue-green enamel with embossed numbers and letters, in black enamel. The year of issue, "1948" is at the top, divided by a line, followed by plate number "00092" in the centre, divided by a white line, and "Charlottetown" at the bottom. Each side of the plate has one hole towards the top and a slit at the centre.
