DescriptionA metal bicycle license plate, trapezoidal in shape, with the sides tapering out towards the bottom. Background is primarily black enamel with embossed numbers and letters, in white enamel. The year of issue, "1951" is at the top, divided by a white line, followed by plate number "00032" in the centre, divided by a white line, and "Charlottetown" at the bottom. Each side of the plate has one hole towards the top and a slit at the centre.
