DescriptionA metal plate, trapezoidal in shape, with the sides tapering out towards the bottom. Background is primarily white enamel with embossed numbers and letters, assumed to be blue enamel based on remnants of colour. The year of issue, "1950" is at the top, followed by plate number "00098" in the centre and "Charlottetown" at the bottom. Each side of the plate has one hole towards the top and a slit at the centre.
