DescriptionA rectangular postcard with a photograph of two boats one with sails up and one with sails down at dusk. The boats and water are black white and grey and the sky is hues of purple and green. At the bottom of the image is printed "RETURN OF LOBSTER BOATS SUMMERSIDE HARBOR / PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND" below which is handwritten "wonder if a person could Steel a few / lobsters out of these boats." In the bottom left corner is printed "The Garden of the Gulf Series 2659 S" and in the bottom right corner is printed "Photo W. S. Louson". The reverse of the card has "CANADIAN SOUVENIR POST CARD" printed in a banner along the top with "THIS SPACE FOR CORRESPONDENCE" below at the center left and "THIS SPACE FOR ADDRESS ONLY" at center right. Along the left side is printed "Warwick Bro's & Rutter, Limited, Publishers, Toronto". At the center right is handwritten "Miss Ida Christopher / Tignish / P. E. Island". In the top right corner is a rectangular space where the surface of the paper is missing. Collections
