DescriptionLong bodice that is fitted over hip with six-gores on the back, four darts on the front and a button closure. There are sixteen satin covered buttons with hand stitched button holes on the front. The bodice has velvet lapels with a bow, a velvet trimmed collar, and double point velvet cuffs with 3 buttons and piping. The bodice also has half flounce piping at the shoulder sleeve seam. The sleeves are two piece sleeves eased at the shoulder with very small gathers at the top. There is a small velvet patch pocket on the left waist. There is knife pleated ruffle at the neck, cuffs and on both skirt flounces. The dress has a pale pink lace at the neck, a diagonal front "apron" with three silk folds above a velvet band with pleated flounce. The back end of the skirt is 48 cm on right and 68 cm on left including an 8 cm velvet band at the left and bottom. The dress also has a ruffled flounce around the hem, a deep train, a glazed cotton lining on the hem and a knit binding.Collections
