DescriptionBook-shaped box with hinged lid. Inside the lid is a water colour painting of a landscape behind glass. There are two drawers with brass ring pulls at the lower front of the box. The box has two interior lidded compartments that flank a lid backed by a mirror which lifts up to reveal five small compartments. The exterior is entirely covered by strips and tiny pieces of straw, glued on in patterns which resemble a mosaic in shades of brown and green.
