DescriptionCover is blue grained cardstock with a monochrome image of couple in formal attire (dinner jacket and ballgown). The back cover is blank. The inside folio sheet making 4 pages of cream paper. The first page is the invitation for the dance. The second and third pages have 14 dances listed (either a foxtrot or a waltz) plus the last waltz with spaces for the dance partners name. The fourth page lists class officers the dance committee and the band name.
