DescriptionWoven basket with a square base. The side are flared to form a circular opening. The basket has a single curved handle. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints (1.3 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (2.0 cm). The basket has three rows of diamond jikiji’j near the top of the basket. The rim of the basket is a single bound wood splint. The basket has a single curved wooden handle that is notched where it meets the rim and there is a carved hand hold in the center.
