DescriptionA 32-page soft-covered book. The interior pages are a mixture of personal quotes and black and white photographs depicting various Island Elders. The front cover has a central image of Mi’kmaq Elder Matilda Lewis with the title “Elders of the Island”. The back cover has a black and white image of Lionel Stevenson (the photographer), Terry Dunton Stevenson (freelance artistic director of PEIMHF), and Mary O’Brien (Visiting Professor at UPEI) accompanied by their bios.
