DescriptionA bright blue and green winter jacket with removeable hood, part of the three-piece volunteer uniform. A green plastic zipper is present at the front center with a short flap on the right side which is held in place by five black strips of Velcro. The bottom half of the jacket is green while the top half is blue. On the right side of the chest is “Karbon” in white font and on the left side is “PEI – IPE / 2023 / Jeux Du / Canada Games” also in white. On the top side of the right sleeve is printed in white “Atlantic Lottery – Lotto Atlantique / Community Proud / Fierte Communautaire”. At the center of the jacket’s back printed in white are a series of logos for the federal Canadian government, the province of Prince Edward Island, and the Canada Games. Above the logos and to the right is “Karbon” printed in white. There are three pockets on the front of the jacket – one at the bottom left, one at the bottom right and one on the top right side of the chest. Each has a horizontal zipper at the opening – 25cm in length on the sides and 18cm on the chest. Underneath each sleeve is a 35cm zipper which opens for ventilation. The interior of the jacket is black with blue along the exterior edges. At the bottom is a 15cm wide skirt edged with a rubber-like elastic on the bottom edge with two circular snaps. Adhered to the top center of the back is a black label with red and white font for “Karbon” with the size, extra large, and manufacturer’s information. From February 18th-March 5th, 2023, Prince Edward Island hosted 3,600 participants from across Canada for the 29th Canada Games. 5,000 volunteers assisted at the 20 sports and over 150 events outfit in their unmistakable bright blue and green jackets.
