Narrative
Minnie Mae MacIntyre was an avid rug hooker. She often repurposed old clothing into her original patterns. Minnie Mae also was known to always be carrying hard candies, which she kept in the pocket of her apron. Later in life, after several annual bouts of pneumonia, Minnie Mae's children were concerned for her well-being and decided to move her to an assisted-living centre. Minnie Mae was so upset that she completely stopped speaking for the rest of her life.
