DescriptionMetal bowl shaped helmet that is almost circular but elongated to the front and back. The brim is slightly curved. There is a metal bolt through the center of top which holds two cross shaped pieces in place. The larger cross piece is made of a flexible material that is cushioned at the top with leather and has holes at the bottom ends. The smaller cross is made of thick leather with a bolt attached to a rectangular ring that also runs through either side of rim. There is a canvas strap with metal buckle that are joined to the rings. The helmet also has an oval leather inner cap with a sweatband sewn inside that can be tied to holes at end of the arms.
