?

The Jamestown Exhibition marked the 300th anniversary of the founding of Jamestown and the Virginia colony by settlers from England. It was held in Norfolk, Virginia, from April to November of 1907, one of many large fairs and expositions that took place across the United States during the early part of the 20th century.

?

Historical Prince Edward Island newspapers from that time contain several large articles about the Jamestown Exhibition. As well, two Islanders are recorded as having visited the Exhibition that year. One was a reverend, and the other was an athlete.
