DescriptionAn unused postcard featuring a coloured image of an illustrated map. A small illustrated label positioned to the left of the center has black text and says "The Deer / Isles on / The Maine Coast". Large font marking "Deer Isle" is positioned over a broken-up piece of land surrounded by small green and orange islands and blue. In the bottom right is a compass with dashed lines radiating from yellow, red, and blue points. On the reverse is printed "#417 Road Map to the / Deer Isles / on the Coast of Maine". In the bottom left corner is a small logo depicting a "K" at the center of a diamond and "118965" at the bottom center. At the center of the reverse is a column of text which reads "Pub. by Augustus D. Phillips & Son, Northeast Harbor, Maine, U.S.A." At the top center right is printed "Post Card / Address" with a rectangle in the top right corner with "Place / Stamp / Here" at the center. Collections
