DescriptionA pair of brown leather spats that have a leather strap and buckle on the lower edge. The spats have a semi circle of leather reinforcement that is stitched to the inside heel area. There is a finer grained leather panel that runs on both sides of opening and coarser grained leather on the outside of leg. There is a flat metal strip that runs on the inside of the front opening, the ends of the strip fit into two broad "U" shaped staples on the back opening panel at the top and bottom. Collections
