DescriptionWoven double tiered wall hanging basket with a rectangular base and slightly flared sides including the back which extends beyond the height above the rest of the edge of the basket. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern Most of the warp splints (0.5 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (1.7 cm). The basket has to tiers both of which have a wider splint (2.0 cm) in the center of the lower portion. The upper portion basket is pyramid shaped with a single wider warp splint near the top. Over the front of the basket is a single splint from the lower tier to the very top of the basket. The rims of both tiers are double wrapped wood splints. At the top is a single ring for hanging.
