DescriptionWoven wall hanging basket with a rectangular base and slightly flared sides including the back which extends beyond the height above the rest of the edge of the basket. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints are mostly one width (2.4 cm) which are wider than the weft splints (2.3 cm). On the front of the lower portion of the basket is a row of diamond jikiji’j that has narrower warp splints (1.3 cm) below them. The edge of the upper part of the basket has the warp splints woven back into the basket. The edge of the lower portion of the basket is single wrapped wood splints.Collections
