DescriptionWoven basket with a rectangular base. The side are flared to form a larger rectangular opening. The basket has a single curved handle. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp strands (0.6 cm and 1.2cm) are narrower than the weft strands (1.7 cm). The rim of the basket is a single bound wood splint. The basket has a single curved wooden handle that is notched where it meets the rim. The handle is woven into the basket with the weft splints.Collections
