DescriptionA white cotton sweatshirt with image and font on the chest. In black cursive writing at the top-center is “I’m Not In”. Below is the image of a blue book cover with a yellow title for “Who’s Who On Prince Edward Island”. At the bottom of the cover is an image of Prince Edward Island below which is the author’s name, “John I. Barrett”. A 6cm double layer cuff is present at each sleeve and at the bottom edge of the torso. Two tags are sewn back-to-back at the interior back of the neckline. The tag at the front is peeling and illegible.
Narrative

Who's Who on PEI was published in 1986 by John Barrett and listed humorous biographies of prominent Islanders at the time. 5,000 copies were sold when the book was released, making it a Canadian best-seller at the time.

The graphic plays with the idea that whoever wore this sweatshirt clearly wasn't an important enough "Who" to be featured in John Barrett's publication.
