DescriptionWoven basket with a rectangular base. The side transition to form an oval opening. The basket has a single curved handle. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints (1.1 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (1.7 cm). The basket is decorated with three rows of diamond jikiji’j that are made of plastic. The rim of the basket is a single bound plastic strips over wood splints that are wrapped with plastic. The basket has a single curved wooden handle that has a shaped grip in the center of the curve.
