DescriptionRectangular gathering basket with a carved drop handle. The basket is plain plaiting with the bottom woven loosely with side warps. The rim is wrapped diagonally. The handle hoops are inserted into the weave. The handle is hand-carved and wood, thick in center for grip and a hole on each side to enable fitting onto the loop.Narrative
