DescriptionChair with a trapezoidal softwood seat that flares toward the front and has square-cornered notches cut out of the seat for the back uprights. The chair has hand-forged nails used in the construction of the chair. The seat is skirted on all sides. The front uprights are squared with chamfered corners and are tapering towards the base. The chair also has double-box stretcher with the front and back rungs off set from the sides. The back uprights are chamfered, tapering towards the base and extending upwards as canted stiles. The chair back has three cylindrical rungs. Collections
