Narrative
Beaconsfield Historic House, built by James and Edith Peake in 1877 and later owned by Henry Cundall, served as a residence for students of the PEI Hospital School of Nursing for over 40 years. Audrey Profitt, the original owner of this photo album, was one such resident during the 1950s. Her collection of photos from this time captures a unique aspect of Beaconsfield's timeline as well as insight into the lives of these students.
