DescriptionWoven basket with a rectangular base. The side are flared to form an oval opening. The basket has two curved handles. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp splints (0.5 cm) are narrower than the weft splints (1.1 cm). The rim of the basket is a single bound sweet grass. The basket has two curved wood splint handles that are single wrapped in wood splints. The handle is woven into the basket with the weft splints. Where the handle attach to the basket rim the sweet grass rim is wrapped in an X.Collections
