DescriptionRectangular banner with blue letters are sewn on. On each end of the banner are sewn three different pieces of cloth which look as though they are from a patchwork quilt. On one end of the banner is pinned a 176 cm. piece of twill tape, folded double. The other end has a length of rope strung through it.Narrative
July 21st is Johnny Hatch Day. He once set a fire in Charlottetown when he was only nine years old. The fire destroyed a number of buildings on Queen and Grafton Streets.
