DescriptionWoven basket with a square base. The side are flared to form a circular opening. The basket has a single curved handle. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern. The warp strands (1.5 cm) are the same with as the weft strands (1.5 cm). The rim of the basket is a wood splints nailed to the weft splints. The basket has a single curved wooden handle that has a carved hand hold at the top. The handle is nailed into the rim and woven into the basket with the weft splints.Collections
