DescriptionRed and white felt souvenir hat commemorating PEI's centennial. The hat has alternating panels of red and whit. The central white panel has a stamped red logo which includes test and the silhouette or the PEI shield. The inside of the beanie is hemmed with green thread and there is a thin layer of burlap.
