DescriptionWoven wall hanging basket with a rectangular base and slightly flared sides including the back which extends beyond the height above the rest of the edge of the basket. The basket is woven in a one-over-one-under checker pattern with uniform warp (1.2 cm) and weft (1.5 cm) splints. The center warp splint on the lower section of the basket is dyed purple. The rim is sweetgrass single bound with a wood splint. The upper part of the back is vaguely pyramid shaped with a row of diamond jikiji’j along the top edge. In the center of the top is a small semi-circular hanging loop. Collections
