DescriptionCircular basket consisting of braided sweetgrass that is woven around wood splints. Around the top of the basket is a wide wood splint that has loops of braided sweet grass forming circles all around the rim. Attached on opposite sides of the rim is handle made of two strands of braided sweet grass with loops where the handle is attached to the basket. The rim of the basket is single wrapped sweet grass. On the bottom of the basket is ring of braided sweet grass that is double wrapped with thin wood splints. Collections
