At the center bottom of the front is printed "Souvenir of Montague, Prince Edward Island" in small font. At the top center of the reverse has "Private Postcard" printed in large font. The town of Montague (now the Town of Three Rivers) shown in this postcard is the largest population center in Kings County. The city straddles both the Montague River and the township line between lots 52 and 59. It is located 44 km east of Charlottetown.
